Privacy policy

What we collect

When you request a quote or message our assistant we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, optional email, pickup and delivery city, postal code, what you're sending, approximate weight, box count and any sizes or notes. We also record which advert or page brought you to the site, and basic technical details such as your browser type.

Why we collect it

Only to prepare your quote, contact you about it, and understand which adverts bring genuine enquiries. If you start a quote and don't finish, we may keep what you entered so we can follow up on the enquiry you began.

Who sees it

The ShipCheap team, and the service providers who host this website and its database. We do not sell your details.

Your choices

Write to sales@shipcheap.co.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Advertising and measurement

Where advertising measurement tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or Google Ads are switched on, they record page views and quote steps so we can see which campaigns work. They are only active once the corresponding account details are configured.
